Help! Chick rejected after it hatched!

UPDATE: One chick hatched under the second hen I tried to put the chick under. Sadly it died from too much heat.

UPDATE:

looking much healthier now. The two eggs next to the chick are fertile and I will send photos when they hatch

UPDATE: I am sorry to say the chick died yesterday evening, I did have one other chick hatch before she died though, now I won't leave her alone.
