But there still are the veins. So I will not help in a couple of hours

I would get a pair of tweezers, some lukewarm water, then assist. Moisten the inner membrane as you go, just be really careful as you remove the shell and try to stay away from the veins. You could even assist a little bit, and hopefully the chick can do the rest?

You mean pull the whole chick out of the shell?

Noooo, just peel some of the shell away and use tiny drops of the warm water to moisten the inner membrane if the chick is stuck. Try to get the chick to a point where it can hatch itself.
