HELP!!! chick stuck on back.

This is my first hatch. Two of my eggs were piped yesterday morning. One hathed out about 10 pm last night. But he is still just laying there this morning, not able to stand.the other one has been moving inside the shell the whole time, but only a hole. What do I do?

First what's you're humidity at it looks way high. But if it's 65% to 75% you should be fine they get tired and she'll get up when she has the energy but really watch temp and himidity.
