HELP!! chick will not eat or drink also has leg problem

i have a chick that will not eat or drink. it is 3-4 days old. one of its legs goes straight behind it pls help

it just ate a bit of food but we cant get it to stand right

Can you post a picture of how this chick is standing?
Unfortunately, if it is not eating, it will probably not survive.

my hen hatched it and it stands with one leg sticking backwards
