Help! Chick with foot problem!

I have a chick that has a swollen foot and looks sickly. It doesn't want to walk and is very sleepy looking. It's foot almost looks like it has bumble foot but I don't know if chicks can get bumble foot. I'm worried about the poor thing and I'm scared that it won't survive.

I have had very limited success in the past at getting rid of it on my hens and ducks so hopefully, someone else with more knowledge on the matter comes along.

UPDATE: the chickens isn't doing too good. She keeps falling over on her bum and we still don't know what is causing all this. I don't even know if it's bumble foot
