HELP . chick with very swolen eye/face

i have chicks that are about a week and a half old. I dont know how i didnt noticebut this one little chick i have has one small evey and his other eye is not open. the hole right side of his face is swolen into one big ball , he wont open that yey, there seems to be no fluid or anything comming from it , its just a little hard and clean , nothing else. Hes been eating and drinking fine , he just stumbles a little here and there, i tryed to take ictures but my pc isnt letting me upload so ill try for pics , but WHAT DO I DO TO HELP HIM???!

any help would be great.

I would try terramycin eye ointment right away. That is all I can tell you. I hope someone else can help you. You can buy it at Fleet Farm or TSC

try saline eye washer, you can find at Walmart, kmart or walgreens. But I think your chicks have CRD, drop 2 or 3 drops on Tylan 50 orally twice a day for 3days.
