I'm distraught, my chick Mabel, Shes a Crested Special ( shes about 4-5 weeks old) has wry neck, I noticed yesterday morning her head was tilted to the side. So I did my research and got her on Vitamin E and Selenium. I cooked her an egg added turmeric and a little honey and some fresh Kale with sand/grout. Nettle tea which I was recommended to use too. She ate it so good and when she was eating/ pecking her neck was straightend and took the vitamins. So that night I made her another egg just the same and she ate it too. LIke 75%. She pooped real big and I checked it for abnormalities and found none. So this morning I see she is what looks like struggling to keep it up. I was also informed by others that had this problem to get Poly Vi Sol so I got her that. Her neck has turned more down. I gave her poly vi sol, the vitamin E and Selenium 3 xs today and her neck is still like twisting under her. She wasn't this bad the day before and I'm doing all I know to do. Does the wry neck get worse before it can get better? She lets me hold her and she will straighten her neck with my hand supporting her.I also noticed that she had her head tilted the opposite way of how its trying to go when laying down earlier for a while but when I checked back with her she had moved it back the way its trying to twist. She sits there kinda shaking her head when shes trying to correct it like "shaking it off" when she stands or sits up. Its just hard because I cant fix it right away and hate to see her like this. I do have her separated from the others so she wont get hurt and shes comfortable in the house and I even have a stuffed toy in there her size so shes not lonely. What else can I do? Will it get better after it gets worse? Does it have to go full turn before it can turn back?

Try not to worry, there's a lot of good information on the internet on how to treat wry neck. I have attached four links below, one of them is a BYC forum, you can find firsthand information from people who have had chickens with wry neck. Hope this helps!!
