If they won't raise very easily with the Vetericyn and Neosporin, most likely they won't with saline. From what I can see in the photos, the wounds look like they are healing nicely. I would be inclined to leave the feathers be - I think as she scabs over more and new feathers come in, the stuck ones will resolve themselves.

I think I’m going to have to leave them. I just tried to get some of the feathers up and they are pretty stuck. I got one off but then it started to expose more unhealed flesh underneath. Do you think they will come off with the scabs when she scabs over. I just don’t want to start over with raw flesh. Otherwise everything looks good. No pus, there is one area that look green but i wonder if there is a blood vessel close to the surface. It’s very small.

Yes, I think they will eventually come on off once she scabs over.

Green in chickens can be bruising, so just keep watch on that area you're concerned about. Infection will be like pus and have a foul odor.

Just keep watching it. It's one day at a time. By the time there is that much healing, it will be healed enough for you to set a warm, wet washcloth on it, long enough for it to looses the feathers, if needed. It usually takes 5 - 10 minutes to loosen them up, possibly a bit longer. Don't do it yet, or they will just re-stick themselves.

She has just developed a thin kind of crust or layer of skin. Should i continue to use the vetramycin? I just don’t know if should drop the sprays down to once a day so that she can start drying out and scab over?

Continue just like you've been doing, and don't spare the neosporin either. It will be fine. Infection is the bigger issue, not scabbing over. The skin will continue to granulate whether it scabs over, or not, but tends to scar less without the scabbing.

Update and questions.
I have attached updated photos. I’m worried i may done something wrong by trying to soak the feathers off earlier in the week. The new skin has turned yellow and bubbles up. But i think as she heals it may be starting to itch. She shakes her head a lot and some of the yellow skin/scabs are coming off. There is new skin that looks smooth under but is not intact because it is red/bloody. Should i keep what I’m doing or let her dry out. Help.

You don't detect any foul odors do you?

I would leave the feathers alone. I'm sure it probably is itchy, is she trying to scratch with her foot or rub her head on something?

It's good there are no smells.

You may want to try just the Vetericyn for a few days since it dries and is not as goopy as the ointment, or just put a very thin layer of the Neosporin on once a day.

The feathers around her eyes - do they seem to bother her?
