HELP CHICKEN COMB IS TURNING PURPLE!!!

It is now back to a deeper darker purple.... She has labored breathing if my guess is were right you're probably right it's probably heart issues...
How old is she?
When is the last time she laid an egg?
Keep her on the floor, but it would be a good idea to feel inside the vent to make sure there is no egg stuck. Stressing/handling her can put her over the edge just so you know, but at this point, I don't know what else to tell you.
While you are at it, feel below the vent between the legs - is she swollen?

I did check for an egg bound nothing nothing in her crop...and not swollen...we have no chicken vet here...she is 4. She doesn't mind me handling her I saved her from a hawk 2 years ago and patched her up she is the sweetest girl.... :'( I haven't looked inside her mouth though.. thank you so much.

I just looked in her mouth and it is very normal...but I did a recheck over her and did notice she has a baseball size crop and don't know how I missed it she didn't eat anything this morning she wouldn't move from nesting box... should her crop be that big...since she has not ate anything today? Sorry and thank you so much for the replies truly thankful!

A crop should be empty in the morning before eating/drinking.
Is it hard, soft or fluid filled? Massage the crop to see if you can get what's in there broken up. I usually also give 1 teaspoon coconut oil then massage. I refrigerate/freeze the oil to harden it, then offer it in little chunks for them to eat - hopefully yours will do that. It's risky syringing oil, they may aspirate.
I would make water available, but leave off food for a while as you work on the crop. You don't want to add more on top of what's in there. But she does need to stay hydrated. Get a photo of poop if she has one.
For me coconut oil and massage is a starting point, it won't hurt anything, but if it doesn't move in a day or so, then I may move onto other types of treatment - some are outlined in the article below.
Crop issues are often a symptom of an underlying condition - infection, worms, some type of blockage and reproductive disorders are a few common causes - blockage/inflammation somewhere else in the body slows the digestive process.

It is squishy... Like liquid-filled.... I feed her Blue Seal egg layer crumble...I also sprinkle a little scratch on the ground..for her and 38 other birds and free range in afternoon for about three hours before dark. She is 4 years old...the color keeps going in and out of her comb.. I have her in my bird ICU..aka 2nd bathroom...with my two healing ducks in a separate dog crate. I just checked on her and her comb is fine for this minute...but I'm sure will be panic purple again... thank you...you all are miles away ,but seem to make me feel better....

Dealing with a sour crop or one that isn’t working properly is very difficult. I would try some of the suggestions in the link that we provided, but I have never had success treating one, once they had this. Usually, there is another reason that causes crop problems. I would not give her any scratch or whole grains, but just mushy watery chicken feed, egg, and maybe a little plain yogurt. And try the coconut oil. Since her comb color is so changeable right now, I think she is very sick.

Her comb is bright red now and she is drinking and her crop feels a little smaller and firmer than before.... Still stumped.
