Help! Chicken has strange sore on waddle

My Buff Orphington, Lucy, has this strange sore on the side of her waddle.. it looks like an abscess.. Does anyone know if chickens can get cueterebra (fly larvae) ?? Im not sure how to treat this, so please any help would be greatly appreciated!

Oh my! That does look icky . My first guess would be some kind of larva too and yes, chickens can get it. I've seen some terrible pictures of fly strike but this almost looks more like bot fly or something maybe?

I wonder if that could be her ear that's swollen though?
