HELP! Chicken in shock, barely recovering

My 4wk old chick was attacked by my dog 3 days ago. We think that she's in shock, but she has only been sleeping and drinking for 3 days. She is motionless, and only drinks a little bit of water a few times a day. We don't think that she has internal injuries, but she seems like she's dying.

I have checked all around her, and she is only a bit red under the wings.

What sort of red stuff is under his wings? It might be an infection

It could have internal injuries....including spinal if it can't walk.
How has it been drinking?

Does she tip her head back to swallow the water?

She doesn’t tilt her head back, she just swallows when I tilt her head to drink.
