Help-chicken is sick

Hello, all. I'm new to forum (and chickens). One of our chickens has become sick (yesterday). Thought she might be egg bound (see bottom pic), but checked and there's no egg. Yesterday, she was eating and drinking still, just holding tail up and wings out. Today, she is barely eating/drinking, and when she is put down on the ground, just falls over, then moves her legs around like she's trying to get up but can't. Any ideas/advice?
