Help! Chicken leg injury

It was a little bit swollen few days ago, so I can't feel the small bumps. It is less swollen now than before.

I use bandage. How often should I take it out?

About 7 days ago, he got out of the cage, because of my neighbor's dog actions. The way he walks looks normal since about 1-3 weeks ago, but since about 7 days ago, he is limping again. I didn't see any bite marks, and the bandage was on the affected leg, when the dog tried to play him.







The photos was take about 5 days after the dog tried to play him. He can't make his left foot pad touch the ground, when his legs are straight. When he try to walk, he drags his left foot, and his toes are curve backwards.
