HELP! Chicken not laying not sure what to do

I'm fairly new to the chicken raising. My chickens are a year old. My Black Sex Link will not lay eggs. She sits in an empty box most of the time now. She's been doing this for about 2 weeks. Just two days ago her stomach feathers started clinging together and we can see her stomach. Not sure what to do.

Please Help! I don't know what to do!

Also she is always in a bad mood. Her poop is really big as well.

What are you feeding her.
If its not a layer feed
She may not be getting what she needs to lay.

We are feeding them crumble. I'm not sure if she's just sitting or what.
