Help! Chicken poop is red , is my flock sick?

I haven't checked for any more red poop, but I am going to be getting some corid to put in their water later today and hopefully that helps. And we do not buy any red cabbage , pomegranate, beets or anything and nothing that my mom would have given them that they haven't had before. If I find another pile later I might put it in water to see if it really it blood.
Good thing about Corid is that it won't hurt them at all if it's not coccidiosis.

Dosage is 2 tsp (10 ml) of the liquid Corid, or 1 1/2 tsp of the powder Corid per gallon of water for 5-7 days. Change it daily. The rooster sounds like he may have coccidiosis. Give him some undiluted Corid 0.1 ml per pound to jumpstart him for a day or two. Treat all your birds at once, or just the younger ones if you can separate them.

Thank you. I will probably provide all of our chickens with the corid since it seems one of our older chickens is sick.

I put the corid in both of their waterers, but we also have a kiddie pool in their run that we filled with clean fresh water that doesn't have medication in it. I made sure all of the older ones drank, but the one rooster that seems Ill wouldn't drink so I soaked a piece of layer pellets in the corid and fed it to him. (We ran out of our main feed, it is not normally what we feed our roosters). I'm not sure about the younger ones but ik some of them prefer the waterer to the pool, like our silkies who are too short to drink from the pool. I may let them out of the coop late in the morning to make sure they are drinking from the waterer. I didn't notice any red poop today, but I was busy cleaning and sanitizing coops and forgot to check. I did see a few hens with healthy poop tho.

Update: I have been trying to keep up with changing out their water each day and add the corid but there have been a few days when they are drinking the medicated water from the past day. I'm still giving it to them but I'm worried about the one rooster. He still isn't acting like himself and I gave him some more layer pellets soaked in corid a few days ago. I have seen him drink from the corid water once. Any idea what could be wrong with him? He basically just kind of stands around in the same area all day and doesn't hang out with the rest of the flock and I haven't seen him eat with the others. K have also not heard him crowing as much but nothing seems physically wrong with him, just his behaviour.Everyone else is acting normal and I haven't seen any more red poop.

So I actually just went out to the coop after I posted that last one and I found two piles of red poop. I put the rooster in the coop with some food and one of the containers of water that I just emptied and refilled. I put about a half tsp of extra corid into both waterers. It seems to just be one maybe two chickens so my guess is that it is just this rooster that is sick. I'll go take a picture of the poop soon.

The poop seems more purple this time. What does that mean? I'm thinking I should separate him from the flock with food and extra corid so we can watch him and his poop.
