Help! Chicken sick for 2 months

Your last two losses...what happens with them before they died? Are you in the US? Did you get a necropsy to find out why they died?
Can you post a photo of the bag of chick seed you use?

I've attached images of the chick feed. I am in western australia. One of them definitely had sour crop the one before that I am unsure as it was early on in my chicken keeping, it seemed like a respiratory infection though due to the noises he made while breathing. I didn't get a necropsy

In your first pics, there could possibly be a tapeworm in the poop in the 3rd picture. A vet could rule that out, along with other worms and coccidiosis which can affect chickens with poor immunity. Tapeworms are normally treated with a wormer with praziquantel, but other worms are better treated with Valbazen or SafeGuard.

I would suspect Mareks disease, since she is lame and extending one leg. Chickens with Mareks may suffer a variety of common illnesses, due to a lack of white blood cells and thus, immunity. Here is some reading about Mareks:

Thank you for responding and for your help. It seems there is not too much I can do if it is mareks. But I will do more research on tapeworm. From my knowledge we don't have a viable chicken vet in town but I will ask around. I've found her this m po running helping herself to a fair bit of water, could be a sign?

Equimax dosage for tapeworms is 0.16 ml per 5 pounds. It only treats tapeworms. I would get a fecal float by your vet. More poop pictures may help diagnose tapes, but will not diagnose some other chickens worms. Here is a video of what tapeworm segments look like in droppings:

I've called a stock feed and they do have Equimax and equimax elevation. A vet has a focal float test available too. Will any focal float test work for a chook? I will also study her poop more better when I come home today.

You can collect fresh piles of poop from a few birds and mix it together in a dish and bring it to the vet.

Guys I think you're right and definitely tapeworm!!! I cant see any of the white worms move like in the video though but it sure looks like it. Or could there be another kind of worm?? Should I still get the equimax? If I do should I go off the above dosage or will it be too much for her in her state?

Yes get the Equimax. Tapeworms don't just go away by themselves.
