HELP! Chicken sitting on egg trying to hatch

So my broody hen is sitting on a guinea egg we can here the baby inside making a chirping noise and it has cracked part of its shell., I held a flash light up to it and you can see the baby doing something idk what LOL I have never hatched an egg before so I have no clue whats happening. My hen wont get off of it and I was wondering if it will be able to get out of its shell since she has herself planted on it. She is in a tote with bedding in my laundry room to be kept away from the other nosey ladies i have any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

You should keep her in a incubator for humidity control.

It depends that could cause problems if a chicken is sitting on a Guinea egg commonly Guinea eggs are smaller then chicken eggs so the hen could hurt the chick

Nope, you can hatch guineas under a chicken. Either way, you still wouldn't put a broody in the incubator. Good luck getting the top on. Lol
