My hen (rhode island red) is struggling to breathe. It stretches its neck out long and i can hear it gasping for air. It has black little bumps all over its stomach under feathers and hasn’t been laying eggs for three days. It’s limping and feels thinner. Please help fast! I would take pictures but my phones camera is broken.

I don't know what to tell you. I've never had that happen before. :(

Feel her neck, do you feel anything she might be choking on? Was she just eating when you saw this? Sometimes they do this when they scarf down food to fast. How long has this behavior been going on? How does her crop feel? Hard, flat, soft, doughy?
Is her crop emptying overnight? To check, feel her crop before you lock them up, it should be semi full. Remove all for and water from the coop, and before you let them out in the morning, feel her crop again. It should be flat.
Can you weight her? If her crop is flat during the day, that means she's not eating.
Can you also check her legs? Th bottoms of her feet, look for bumble foot. Feel her legs up and down for any swelling, heat, or tenderness.
Can you get a photo of the "little black bumps?"

It had a weasel bite in the bottom, or it looked like it. It may have been a brown recluse spider though.:(:(:(:hit

You found a bite wound? I'm so sorry for your loss. :hugs
Can you post a pic of the bite? We might be able to help figure out what it was.
Can you also post a pic of your coop setup? Weasles can get through any hole you can stick your finger though. I think if it was a Weasel, you would have found her, and the rest of the birds dead. They are killers.
Again, I'm so sorry for your loss. You did everything you could for her.
