HELP Chicken Threw Up!

Hi there!

So tonight I was waiting for my one of my ameraucanas to get her last drink before putting her on the roost with the other (Trying to train her to use it I've given up with my silkies ) and as I picked her up this clear liquid came out of her beak. She was mouth breathing for a minute, but when I anxiously checked on her again she seemed fine.

Was this because she just drank water??

You might want to check her crop & make sure she's breaking down her food properly in her crop. Her crop should be empty in the morning. If it isn't, then there could be a problem. My knowledge is limited, but I learned the hard way about crop issues.

Sometimes they do chuck up water especially if they've drank alot. Nothing to be worried about just a little gross.
