I have a hen that has a piece of bone sticking out of her wing! What should I do?

Do you know what got a hold of her?

She needs vet care if at all possible. With exposed bone with an injury like that you risk infection. A lot depends on the extent of the injury, but the bone or maybe even the wing may need to be removed.

How deep does the wound go? When you have time, more photos that clearly show the wound would be good.

Flush the wound very well with saline, chlorhexidine or in pinch you can use warm soapy water (Dial soap would be good).
Trim away the feathers so you can get a good look at the wound. Apply a triple antibiotic ointment to the wound. If she has exposed bone, I would also give her an antibiotic. Again, your vet is the best choice, but you can find Procaine Penicillin G at Tractor Supply, that can be used to help fight infection.

Be very careful cleaning the wound. The wing bones are hollow and the exposed ends fragile.
If you can, check for missing section of bone. If there are any. If there are no or few missing sections then there is a chance of the wing repairing.
I agree that vet care would be best. Antibioticss for a wound like that I think are also necessary.
You may get some advice on splinting the wing but from what I can see that may not be an option.

I don't think anything attacked her I put her in the chicken coop last night I was thinking she may be fell from her perch and hurt herself. Here is a better photo if you look closely you can see the boneView attachment 1544902
That's a bit clearer. That look like her shoulder, yes?
