Help!!! Chickens are getting sick and dying no matter what I do!!!!!!!

The water system is plastic with nipples that are made of plastic and stainless steel.
As of this morning everybody is still alive. The food was changed out at 1 pm yesterday. Hopefully with some of these changes I will see some results so that I can rule out marek's again.

People that have expierenced Marek's before, Is it normal for it to be dormant in chickens for 4 and 8 months? This is what baffles me what ever this is, is affecting chickens of different age at the same time and has for the most part became apparent at the same time?

I'm not sure what the problem is, but I don't think it's Marek's. Marek's does not cause chickens to die in just 1 or 2 days.
