Do they not have a sheltered run?

She does have a coop for them

no she only has garage open for them and says they sleep in the pine trees

Sorry this was wrong I assumed she didn’t since sleeping In trees but that’s acrually a choice because they have a coop

It's obvious. They want in where it's warm, and of course they also expect to be invited to dinner. Chickens learn quickly which side of the glass is where the good stuff is.

Just found out she is at this window often

Then she should put them in the coop instead of giving them a blanket.

I wonder if the Christmas lights are reflecting off the window & attracting/confusing them... a light on in the garage might help keep them inside at night.

She just told me this started happening around time of putting them up so I think you cracked the case on this strange behavior - I told her turn light off tonight and see if they go in coop. Thanks
