HELP Chickens attacked young turkey

i have 6 narrangensett turkeys about 8 weeks old. one got out and my 2 yo layers attacked him. when i found him he had zero skin left on his head. its beeb 2 days and he seems to be doing better but now that hes opening his left eye i dont know what to think. it looks kinda like its filled with pus. is that what it is or is he going blind? what should i do?

If he has any open wounds or cuts you can purchase a remedy I use in my chickens and it is called “ Blue Lotion” it is very good and very useful you just spray it in the wound and it disinfects it and cleans it out. About the eye problem, if you like you could take him to the vet but I would probably clean the puss out and see where it go’s from there.But then again, I’m not very sure.
