Help chicks hatch or wait? Pictures here

We helped one chick out earlier today and he’s doing great. But...I have run into more problems. Two more chicks are trying to hatch or have been trying to hatch for quite some time. Not sure if I should help them out or not. If I should wait till the morning to see if they can do it in their own and risk they die in the night. Or just do it tonight? Pictures below. Any advice would help. By the way today is day 22 that Pipped over 24 hours ago. There beaks are still popping in and out but not really making any progress

Give them time. I've had chicks hatch out at day 25 a couple times.
