Help chicks stop hatching

I have two chicks hatching. One is have way out for about three hours it has layed it's head down on the wire. It is breathing. The other one has a hole about the size for a finger. They both stated hatching around 12p.m. What do I do. The temp is fine but the humidity is off have put wet rag in there and water if full. Not sure what to do

just leave them be, they will be fine. sometimes it takes 24 hours for them to come out. if they are not out in morning help them if you don't have any other eggs that are going to hatch.

yes there is 24 eggs in there they were put on 1-31 so they are late.
