Help chicks with loose orange colored poop not eating.!!!!

I have some chicks with loose orange colored poop not eating not running around like the other chicks what could be wrong. One has already died. I am giving them medicated chick starter. They had there shots for marks. They are only 2 weeks old. Can Any body help with what is wrong. Marysag.
