Leave them alone, they're doing fine. Don't open the incubator touch the eggs, you'll do more harm then good. They know what they're doing, birds aren't extinct, lolYesterday night I heard a small chirp coming from one of the eggs in my incubator. It was around 11 when I heard and I haven’t heard anything else.... I also can’t tell which one it is. What do I do?
Oh, are they ducks? What kind of breed are you hatching? Show quality Calls often need to be assisted due to their short bills, they have a hard time externally pipping and suffocate.

Leave them be if they are chicks, I've never had a problem with chicks hatching, most of the time they hatch out fine.
