Yesterday night I heard a small chirp coming from one of the eggs in my incubator. It was around 11 when I heard and I haven’t heard anything else.... I also can’t tell which one it is. What do I do?

Leave them alone, they're doing fine. Don't open the incubator touch the eggs, you'll do more harm then good. They know what they're doing, birds aren't extinct, lol

What kind of breed are you hatching? Show quality Calls often need to be assisted due to their short bills, they have a hard time externally pipping and suffocate.

I am hatching silkies

:th

I am almost always on the Duck forums, so my instinct was that these were Ducks. lol

Leave them be if they are chicks, I've never had a problem with chicks hatching, most of the time they hatch out fine.
:gig Haha! No worries, I thought I was missing something lol
