Help! Coop and Pen size?

I have two hens and two ducks currently in a pen that is 20'x15' with a raised coop that is 8'x4'. Is that enough room for them? In particular the ducks. I do lift the ducks in and out each night and morning while I finish a lower house for them.

That is plenty of enough room for them. I have a pair of peafowl in that size of pen, they are very comfortable so your should be more then comfortable.
