Help! Crazy chicken!!!

My white crested black polish roo (he's about 4 months old) became crazy, he's like running in circle, he always curled his neck and he's like looking upside down and walking backwards, (sorry for my bad english, it's a hard to tell thing). He used to do this stuff months ago and then he stopped, but, after I gave him a medicine (maybe 1-2 weeks ago) he became crazy like this again.

What is the problem with him and what caused it,

Yes, I thought it was because of his neck too, I gave him a medicine for coryza. Btw what is a wry neck?

Hey, now I know what wry neck is, the causes and how to treat it,

I belive he got that wry neck because of lack of vitamin or injury, because the others are bullying him, my silkie pullet even my polishes pullets bullied him,

Luckily his condition is not severe, I wish it's going to heal in several days.
