Is he sick? His comb is getting darker

I have a four and a half month old serama rooster and this morning he looked bad, hes been eating and drinking, his body feels fine. Hes been hunched over and NOT running around with his brother(like normal) he doesn’t have any injuries, but he was attacked by a dog a month ago could it be that? Or is something else going on please help Lance!!
