Help. Crop full & high

Hey.
I've never come across this issue before..
I have a year old sex-link who looks lethargic, when I went to examine her I noticed her crop looks very high. I can't actually tell if it's her crop or if her throat is swollen.. she's currently laying down in the yard away from the other birds.
Anyone have any knowledge/advice?
