I have a lot of experience with crows we rescued three at different times and hand raised them. If they already have some feathers its fairly easy to raise them, if you are interested. They make great pets and then fly away in the fall or stick around depends on the crow.
What you need to do is get some canned dog food like alpo beef. The mixed up kind not the chunky kind. When the baby crow opens its moth because it is hungry you need to take some of the dog food on your finger and stick it down its throat. ( I know it sounds disgusting and is but kind of neat.) It will eat the dog food and start thinking of you as mom. Feed them every 2-4 hours during dayligh hours. I usually put them in a cloth lined basket, somthing that can be washed becuase they poop alot. They will try to poop over the edge like they do in the nest but not all makes it out.
Like I said they are lot of fun especially when they can fly and you are walking across the yard and a great big crow lands on you.
