So most of the chicks hatched on day 19-21 (5:40pm on day 21 last hatch). Its day 22. One egg has a HUGE air cell (literally half the shell) and possibly deformed, chick is actively moving in it when I candle.

Would this be a time intervene and create a pip? Would it be better to just let the egg sit in the incubator and hope?

There is another egg that is moving as well, normal air cell but still hasnt piped either.

I don't help chicks hatch anymore nor do I recommend it to anyone. All the times I've done it the result was a deformed chick. Some breeds though have trouble hatching( silkies, call ducks, etc. ). If you truly want to help don't intervene until there is at least a pip. JMO

I would go with brahma breeder. Don't help it. Wait a day and see.
