Help! Day 25, what do I do?

It's day 25, I have just assisted one silkie chick out, I think it was malpositioned. I'm not sure if it's going to make it as it's completely out and still curled up, no longer chirping, just seems really sleepy and weak. I have two more eggs still in the incubator, one is moving around in the shell when I candle it, but hasn't pipped. The other one isn't giving signs of life. Do I try and assist the one that's still moving in the shell now?

Make a small air hole in the one that is moving with a drill bit but DON’T PUT THE DRILL BIT IN A DRILL you can look up videos on YouTube to help you.

I was going to do that, but it doesn't appear to be moving anymore... should I do the water test for viability?
