I’m new to hatching so please bear with me. I know how critical the humidity and temps are and my incubator has been fine with temps but it’s been a struggle to keep humidity up. I am now in lockdown mode on day 27 for one egg and day 26 for the other and no internal pips. Temp is 37.5c and humidity is a struggle to get over 68. During incubation it’s gone from 40-55% off and on. One has been trying so hard to pip but hasn’t yet. The other was very active the past few days but has slowed very much today. My question is, do i need to do anything that I’m not already doing…. I have surface moisture with sponges inside of the incubator as well as a humidifier with a bendy tube funneling into a tiny vent on the bator. Not the air supply vent. You’d think this would raise humidity drastically but it has not. I have 3 thermometers/hygrometers to keep monitoring the consistency. One air cell looks extremely large compared to anything I’ve seen online. This is the duckling that has slowed its movement. Attached is a picture. Any help at this point would be great. Thank you so much. Scared mamma.
