32nd day. I have a question. From what I can tell one of my eggs started to zip this morning but hasn’t made any progress. Do I need to help it? The zip is almost the size of the top half of the egg.

doesn't sound like you need to help. Is it's bill out so it can breathe? if you want to help a bit as long as you're over the air cell you might be able to pick a bit of the shell off but if you see veins, or get bleeding stop immediately!

All 5 of my ducklings hatched. The last one is worrying. He was an assist hatch and i’m worried he having trouble. He’s in the incubator but he keeps flipping over.

Sometimes they do flop around a bit. After all, they've been curled up into a tiny ball for a few days, it takes a while to untwist everything and straighten it out!
