Help!!! Day old chick has had shell stuck to vent

I have take yesterday and the days before out now ( see pic) the one that pipped yesterday hatched this afternoon, although he is still joined by cord and has a small sack externally..

I'm having a hard time to see it. You say he's out but has the cord connected to the shell?

Yes thats right. Its a very thin thread attached from him to the shell

Has the cord dried up and let go? That's what it normally does.

Its has but still attached to chick. It is drying though

Has everything dried and is everything ok with the chick?

Hes still has a little bit attached and his sack but its taking him longer to get steady and he still lay down more than the others did but i think hes getting there. I took him out last night whikst i cleaned the incubator and then popped him back in so hes not with the others in the brooder as i dont want them to pick on him, they are very playful!
