HELP!! Deformed chicken born with excessive under beak and no eyes!

I don't think there is much you can do at this point. You can let it fluff up and see how its does.
you'll probably want to isolate it though if it's with other chicks because they may pick on her.

It won't need any food or water for three days since it just hatched so don't worry about feeding it

You can see if it has any other impairments and go from there. I'd just take it a day at a time
