help desperate keeping chickens in !!

Im at my wits end !! I have 6 hens that I would like to free range on a 15meter by 10meter area which I have a wire fench around 1 meter high but the just keep escaping they now jump onto a 1 meter high hedge and go into my next door gardens I have clipped them any ideas

My chickens can JUMP without effort 3 feet , 1 meter = 3.2 feet. I think your fence is too short. I would increase the height of your fence.
