Help Detached Air Cells

Hi,
I’m on day 8 of incubation. I had my eggs shipped and I tested them for 24 hours before putting them in the incubator. However most of my eggs have detached air cells. I read that you should stop turning them and put them in egg cartons .
If I do this will it effect my eggs which are fine ?
How long should I leave them in the cartons for ?
