Help determining gender if these two chicks!

I recently purchased baby chicks from hatchery and I think I’ve gotten two males in the mix. One is a Rhode Island Red (I think) but is approx 16 weeks old and think trying to crow.
The second one I’m concerned is a male but haven’t seen try to crow but seems more aggressive and concerned is looking like a rooster. I’m not sure the breed of this one at all? Was told was an Easter egger when purchased but unsure?

I would be so thankful fir any information someone has as I know my chickens are pretty close to egg laying age so need to make arrangements if so. Thanks in advance!!

Yes, but I’m pretty sure other ones are pullets but at this point need to be sure, lol! Thanks so much for everyone’s help. While I’m glad to know, I’m a little upset about having to get rid of my males!

Here are pics of my two comets, two leghorns and not sure what salt and pepper one is but her name is Voo Doo. Thanks again all chicken lovers for your help!
