Help diagnose a sick chicken

Hello. I'm new to chickens, so I have no idea what's going on with one of my hens. She just sits there with her eyes closed, then stretches out her neck and makes a weird noise. She's doing this over and over. I picked her up and can hear her breathing. It's pretty raspy. We looked down her throat and its really white. Kind of like the white patches a person gets in their throat with strep, but a lot worse than I've seen! She is still drinking and her poop is white.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I'd start her on tylan 50 1\2 cc for large bird 1/4 cc for small birds once daily for 5 to 7 days.you can get tylan50 at the feed store. don't worry that the bottle says for cattle and swine many poultry owners including myself use tylan for respiratory illness. to give the injection if your not comfortable you tube has a wonderful instructional video on administering tylan to chickens. you can give the shot in two places. nape of neck or breast. please look up and injecting chickens with tylan on you tube this will help you with your first time. the reason I suggested injection is it gets into the blood faster and you can control the dose better than a water soul able antibiotic.also when they are ill they don't drink as much making a water dose of antibiotic not effective as it needs to be. please act soon time is of essence
