Help diagnose Buff Orphington condition

Hello chicken friends, I am hoping someone here has some ideas for my Buff. A few months ago now, she started limping. Zero idea why. Her lower legs are fine- it appears to hurt her much higher up. But she's been limping about, eating pretty well. We've given her epson salt soaks and hoping with time it would get better, but it hasn't. Yesterday I thought she was not going to make it through the night as she was suddenly very lethargic and just sitting there. While trying to help her and figure out what is wrong with her before, I was worried she's egg bound, but feeling around, there isn't anything amiss. She poos fine so I was worried she had a soft egg in there. We gave her the soaks and extra calcium to help. I don't think she's laid an egg in many weeks. I did get a soft egg a few weeks ago and was hoping it was hers and she'd be ok, but I have no idea who's it was and she hasn't been any better.

Vet care isn't an option here. Any ideas what could be wrong with her and can I do anything? I hate feeling helpless while she suffers. Thank you so much
