Thank you for this option. I have never hatched before, so I didn’t even think of it. Client has a friend that will adopt all (country living is the best)
If the eggs are only a week or so into incubation, they won't be formed chicks.
It sounds like you just want to be kind, which I can understand. But an embryo in early stages of development will not feel pain. If the owner doesn't want them hatched, and they're only in the early stages of life, there's nothing you can do, or should do, except remove the eggs. If you want to keep the eggs and put them in an incubator, then you'll need the owners permission.

If you post photos of candling them, we will be able to see how far along they are and advise you accordingly
