Help...Do I have a rooster

I think I have a rooster. We have a beautiful Speckled Sussex just under 3 months old that has been crowing (moaning) every morning around 6 am. He is also a bit more developed (comb etc) than the other chickens of the same ageI don't want to upset the neighbor so I found a home for him/her. Now I am concerned I may be premature....I don't want to give him/her up but..Any thoughts Hen or Rooster...Thanks I appreciate any thoughts

I am a newbie but I guess rooster. My SS gal is just getting her comb at 4-5 months and that tail is curvy, while my lady has feathers that point straight up.

That's definitely a Roo. My SS girls are 11 months old and even some of them don't have combs or waddles as big as that guy.
