Help! Do I have roosters?

Both of these bantam cochin chicks were given to me. I'm afraid they are male. We can't have roosters where I live. I was told they were female. One of them is aggressive and just down right mean. My other chicks avoid it. The larger cochin chick is sweet and does really well with my female chicks. Can anyone help. I'm new at being a chicken mom. Any help is appreciated.

Look like roosters. The only way to be sure is wait until they crow or lay an egg. I expect yours will crow.
