Have you already been trying to remove shell? Most eggs do not crack in quite that pattern.

I can't tell whether it is shrinkwrapped or not.
But I do see blood, which is a sign that it is not really ready to be out of the shell.
So you should leave alone for now.

Have you read the article on assisted hatching?
https://www.backyardchickens.com/articles/guide-to-assisted-hatching-for-all-poultry.72886/
Reading the article can teach you how to help and also when to help.

(I'm not really good at hatching questions, but it looks like you need a quick answer now, and then hopefully someone with more knowledge will be able to chime in by the time the chick is done absorbing things and ready to actually come out.)

Chicks are usually fine if they get rolled around by other chicks, but if you are worried you can move the other chick out and put it in the brooder.

Yes I was careful to pull the shell back and not the lining then I did and saw blood. There was blood by the hole and the other chick keeps turning it over trying to cuddle and she picks at it I lost once last time because I didn't assist and it was beautiful. It broke my heart. I jumped the gun this time got scared and screwed up. Now I don't know if I killed it. It's still chewing. Breathing or something. So I'm watching it. But I guess I should put the coconut oil on it. I freaks me out taking it out of the incubator with the other baby. She's dry so I think I'll move her. They weren't due until tomorrow. I came home from watching my grandkids this afternoon and hubby who's having fire a trip said there kitchen is squeaking. It didn't even dawn on me until he said you have babies hatching!

At present, yes I would take out the hatched baby.

According to the article, "chewing" means it is not yet ready to hatch, just like blood means it is not ready to hatch. So putting coconut oil on it (as the article suggests) could be a good idea, but other than that I think leaving it alone is the best thing you can do for now.

My broody hen hatched two and adopted three of my four that hatched in the incubator. I kept one it has spaddle legs and it's hobbled at the moment. Cross your fingers it can stand tomorrow! 🤞🤞🤞
