Help does this sound like Merricks?

She is 13 wks old and started acting weird 3 days ago. First she was just puffed up and then she started stumbling a little. She's doing splits and I believe one or both of her legs are paralyzed. Now It's getting worse. I gave her a drop of nutri drench but no luck. She is a tiny Dutch Batman.
