Help! Dog Attacks Hen ( Graphic Photos )

This happened to two of my EE Hens and it look almost the same. I cleaned out the wounds and put wet gauze on the for the rest of the day then took the gauze off re-cleaned and replaced. Did this for a few days. I kept them separate also. But after that few days I removed all the gauze and put them back out with the flock and just kept an eye on them. They did fine recovery and no one bothered them. Sorry that happened! Hope she recovers

I just finished off the Saline rinse on Vienna, tonight. Should I still continue on doing a Saline rinse and/or Neosporin?
@Eggcessive, Vienna has some green on her back under her skin near and on one of her wounds. Is this a bruise that was caused by the dog, or is this something else? I think that I may have seen the same thing on other hens before, but it never turned into anything. That was also before I realized that peroxide can eat the skin cells and was pouring it on every chicken wound that came up that wasn't around their rump. I think I might of saw it on my hen Nalla when the rooster was eating holes in her back ( that roo is gone now, though).

Green skin is from a bruise, so it is probably from the dog wound. Yes, saline is good to use until the wound heals. It is mild, and keep the wound moist with Neosporin afterwards. Do you have any recent pictures?
