Help! Don’t know if I should assist Cygnet ready to hatch

It’s a fully developed cygnet. Wasn’t mispositioned or anything. Maybe the mistake was keeping it under the hen and it didn’t have enough humidity for it to get thru the membrane. That’s my thought. I should have moved it to the incubator 2 days ago when I heard the first peep.
